Metals in Time was established in 1998 by a third generation jeweler, Sergio Basmajian. After eight years and continually growing the business in Royal Oak, it was time for a bigger store. Now was the hard part of finding another home for their business. The corner they had was the most visible in the city but had the maximum capacity of 2000 square feet. After several searches, the final and most obvious location was staring right at them. Across the street was a historic 1920s bank building. After one year of renovation and a total budget of 4.5 million, Metals in Time now calls this building home. |
