● Saved designs do not constitute a purchase, reservation, or guarantee of product availability or pricing.
● Metals in Time reserves the right to modify or discontinue the ring builder tool at any time without prior notice.
● Custom designs created using the ring builder are subject to our custom order policies outlined in Section 7.

6. Orders & Payments
6.1 Order Acceptance
Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. Metals in Time reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. You will receive an order confirmation via email once your order has been accepted.
6.2 Payment

7. Custom & Special Orders
Custom and special orders, including those initiated through the ring builder tool, are subject to the following conditions:

● Custom orders are non-refundable once production has commenced, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

● Any alterations or modifications to a custom order after production has begun may incur additional charges.
● Metals in Time is not responsible for delays caused by third-party suppliers or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Shipping & Delivery
● Metals in Time ships to addresses within the United States. International shipping availability may vary.
● Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
● Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
● Metals in Time is not liable for delays, damages, or losses incurred during shipping by third-party carriers.
● Signature may be required upon delivery for high-value orders.

9. Returns & Exchanges
9.1 Standard Returns
Non-custom items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging and documentation. Please contact us at info@metalsintime.com or (248) 582 9344 to initiate a return.
9.2 Custom Orders
As noted in Section 7, custom orders are non-refundable once production has commenced, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
9.3 Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.
9.4 Exchanges
We are happy to assist with exchanges subject to product availability. Please contact us directly to arrange an exchange.

10. Warranty
Metals in Time stands behind the quality of our products. Our jewelry is warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover:
● Normal wear and tear
● Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or improper care
● Alterations or repairs made by third parties
● Lost or stolen items

11. Appointments & Consultations
Appointments for in-store consultations or virtual design sessions may be scheduled through our website or by contacting us directly. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated no-shows may result in a required deposit for future bookings.

These messages are sent to help you stay connected with Metals in Time regarding your jewelry inquiry.
Consent & Opt-In
By checking the SMS consent checkbox on the Metals in Time ring builder and providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Metals in Time at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of the ring builder tool. You may use the ring builder without opting in to text messages.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with Metals in Time. Typical messages include appointment confirmations, follow-ups on saved ring designs, and responses to your inquiries. You will not receive more than 3 messages per month unless you initiate additional conversations.

Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan. Metals in Time is not responsible for any fees charged by your carrier.
Opt-Out
You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from Metals in Time. After sending STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
